Oatmeal, blueberries and milk is literally what we eat 90% of the time in the mornings. I used to eat the maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal almost every day the year before i met Lanning. He ate the real old fashioned oatmeal with the antioxidant loaded blueberries...let's just say he converted me to a much healthier way of eating breakfast!
