Humble leadership

 

I’ve been reading the book “Insights” about President Russell M Nelson. I love this lesson he learned about leadership from the then prophet, Joseph Fielding Smith, of the attitude “what can I do for you?”  Just before my grandma passed away she asked my mom, “What can I do for you?” What a great lesson of humility and compassion.
