The Butchart Gardens left a lasting impression on us. We often reflect on the beauty we witnessed when we visited Victoria Canada on our honeymoon. We learned that Mrs Butchart beautified the excavation sites of her husband's stone quarry. Lanning shared the insight that because we live in a Telestial world our Heavenly Father has given us the opportunity create beauty and as we do so we can feel closer to Him. Elder Uchtdorf said that "Our Heavenly Father is a God of Creation and Compassion." We are so grateful for the Lord's creations and His love and desire for us to create.
